Questions
Is ACS part of Arkansas ABC or ATC?
No. ACS is an independent private company. It isn't a state service, and it doesn't replace official guidance from ABC or ATC.
Is the AI rulebook legal advice?
No. Answers cite the rule they're based on so you can check the source. For a binding answer on your situation, contact ABC, ATC, or an attorney.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Add locations for $10 a month on Training Essentials or $15 a month on Pro, and manage staff, audits, and logs for all of them from one account. Four or more locations get custom pricing.
Do I pay for each employee I train?
No. Your plan covers your whole staff at that location, including every new hire. High turnover doesn't mean another training bill.
Do staff get a certificate?
Yes. Staff receive a digital certificate of completion from ACS that you can pull up anytime. It's a training record, not a state-issued license. Training certificates are optional proof; the signed Server Awareness Form is what ABC and ATC require for every employee.
What happens if someone fails a quiz?
They can retake it as many times as needed, with feedback after each attempt.
What is Inspection Mode?
An ACS Pro feature. It's a locked, read-only screen showing your business and permit info, staff training records, signed server forms, incident reports, ID check logs, monthly self-audits, and scanned invoices and documents. You can hand your phone or iPad to an agent during an inspection, and nothing can be changed while it's open.
What's in the Business Toolkit?
It comes with ACS Pro on annual billing. You get 17 templates: a full employee handbook, a shorter crew handbook, a Spanish handbook, safety policies, employment and confidentiality agreements, onboarding and termination checklists, a performance evaluation, corrective action notices in English and Spanish, a termination letter, job descriptions and expectations, an org chart, and an accident report. Each one opens as a PDF in the app or downloads as a Word file you can edit. They're templates, not legal advice, so have your attorney review them before you use them.

Does ACS scan IDs?
No. ACS includes a fake ID guide for training, but it doesn't scan IDs. See the ID scanner providers above.
